Why I shred my junk mail
Some have rolled their eyes like I am an obsessive compulsive nut job, but this post from Load proves that it's not a bad idea to shred your junk mail before you toss it out. Especially if it comes from a credit card company.

RB - That check never made it into the house.
Yeah, I got that... but what if it had, and you'd tossed it in the recycling, and someone just grabbed it out of the recycling bin while it was sitting on the curb? Same thing.
