I need some help peer pressuring Clare into buying a digital camera.
These days, pretty much everyone has a digital camera. I'll admit that don't, but I would if I wasn't pouring all my money into tuition. And I definitely would if I was preggers, lived on the East Coast, and at least half the people who loved me lived on the West Coast.
We need some graphics on The Bucky Blog. You're only pregnant with your firstborn once, you know?

you cant put a price on anything that allows you to delete something hideous before anyone else has the chance to view it!
Added bonus, they are getting cheaper by the minute. (go in with a handful of people and make it a shower gift) She'll end up with more onesies and teddy bears than she knows what to do with anyway...
It's on the list of things to do, I swear! If we don't get one this weekend, along with some much needed maternity pants, then I'll welcome the harassment from everyone. And I'll get on Emily to send us that pic she took . . .
Digital cameras are essential. On our 46-mile walk, the only thing I wish I had brought more than an additional 2000 calories per day was a digital camera. I put mine in my pocket after playing sand volleyball and now some nerd in Sacramento wants $160 to fix it. I think instead I'm going to spend $215 and get a new one. I'm looking at the Nikon Coolpix 4200. It's basically the same as my great little Coolpix 4100, but smaller. It shoots video with sound, which is key. The only thing I wish it had more of is the ability to shoot long time exposures at night. But I heard that's the one thing that digital cameras are not that good at compared to film, so I'm content. I'm going to try to get one for cheaper on eBay first, and if that don't work I'll just get the cheapest deal I can find on the internet: Digital Megastore.
